Description
Robert Half seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist for an exciting ongoing opportunity. This role is perfect for a dedicated HR candidate ready to bring their expertise in human resources to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employees by addressing queries, concerns, and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment and culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and alignment with company culture and goals.
Policy Implementation: Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related matters effectively, keeping up to date with employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating programs aimed at upskilling employees and fostering professional growth.
Performance Management: Support managers and leaders with performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and action plans.
Compensation and Benefits: Facilitate benefits administration, assist with compensation analysis, and ensure alignment with market trends and pay expectations while adhering to budget guidelines.
HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of human resources experience, with proven success in handling a wide range of HR functions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while excelling in a team-oriented environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
