What You'll Do
- Design compelling visuals across digital and print platforms, including social media content, packaging, web assets, sales assets, trade show materials, B2B presentation decks, campaign materials, and merch
- Bring brand identities to life through a mix of typography, color, and layout that doesn't just look good, but hits different
- Work closely with clients to conceptualize and execute work that aligns with brand strategies and feels undeniably fresh
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines across multiple projects, ensuring consistency without feeling repetitive
- Stay ahead of design trends, but more importantly, create new ones
- Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and animators to bring work to another level
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or CPG brand experience is a huge plus)
- A portfolio that makes us do a double take, showcasing sleek brand identities and impactful design work
- A deep understanding of design principles, typography, and composition with an intuitive eye for what makes a brand pop
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma
- Experience in motion graphics or illustration? Even better
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball – or your cool
- A mindset that values creative risks, collaboration, and work that makes an impact
