Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR). The SDR/BDR will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and contacting potential clients, setting up meetings for the sales team, maintaining engaging communication with leads, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development skills
- Lead Generation skills and experience
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable
- Previous experience in the criminal justice field is a plus
