Daily collaboration with Property Manager/Property Management Team Responding to work orders for in-unit maintenance issues Turn around vacant apartments for new residents Identify issues, investigate causes & engage outside contractors when necessary General property upkeep Assist with preventative maintenance efforts & property inspections Keep accurate records related to staff, inventory control & work completed Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policy & procedures General plumbing, electrical & carpentry skills/experience Valid driver's license Supervisory experience Be self motivated, team oriented & customer service focused Have a personable, professional attitude & lead by example as this is a hands-on position
