Perform all mechanical measurements as they relate to the rebuilding of motor components and tooling Operate principles and the use of the following equipment and maintaining them: Milling Machine, Lathe Machine (Set-up and Operation), Drill Press (vertical and radial), Undercutting machines and tools (Automatic and Manual), Balancing Machine, Brush Plating Machine (SIFCO) Perform related duties as assigned Must possess a valid General Machinist Certificate of Qualification and a Certificate of Apprenticeship, normally obtained through Grade 12 technical school education or its equivalent (HS Diploma/GED) Must have a mechanical or electrical aptitude Overhead crane experience Any welding experience is a plus Mill machine, lathe or drill press experience Must be able to use calipers, micrometers and read blue prints Two years experience in a related industry Must wear steel toe boots Please note: upon offer of employment, various pre-employment screenings will be required like a background and drug screen
