Job Title: Reconstruction Technician

Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Reconstruction Technician, where you will travel to various locations from Honolulu to repair properties damaged by fire, water, and wind. Working under the guidance of the Reconstruction Manager, you will engage in diverse tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, painting, flooring, and minor electrical work. This role requires flexibility in skills and the ability to adapt to different trades.
Responsibilities
Travel to various locations to repair fire and water damaged properties.
Perform carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, painting, flooring, and minor electrical work.
Work closely with the Reconstruction Manager.
Install drywall, tape, texture, and paint with minimal guidance.
Perform basic plumbing, basic electrical work, and flooring installation with minimal guidance.
Demonstrate expertise in at least one skilled trade.

Work Environment
This role involves working both in a warehouse and at client locations. Standard working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the need to be available for after-hours flood calls. The work environment requires adherence to safety protocols, including the use of steel toe footwear.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
