Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position works from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment, preparing machinery for scheduled production runs, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Additionally, the technician will perform preventative maintenance, provide emergency repairs during production, and comply with OSHA safety and health rules.
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues of packaging and production equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on all facilities and equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of related experience in packaging/production machinery.
Technical training with exposure to various @types of manufacturing machinery preferred.
Ability to perform general to advanced math computations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.
Ability to take initiative to solve problems.
Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs.
Frequently exposed to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach activities.

The work environment includes a cleanroom in one area. It is a structured and organized setting where safety and compliance with health rules are prioritized. The position involves regular physical activities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
