The Mercer County Housing Authority has 40 units of public housing located in Hazen and Beulah, ND.
The following
are
the
work
items
to
be
completed
by
the
person
in
this
position:
1)
Perform under limited supervision, routine and preventative maintenance services needed to keep all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components in safe and proper working order.
2)
Prepare all vacancies in assigned area for rental and provide move-in and move-out inspections and completion reports.
3)
Assure that assigned work orders are completed in the most timely, efficient, and economical manner possible and that the finished jobs are of a good, professional quality as to minimize callbacks.
4)
Responsible for cleanliness and condition of assigned areas except tenant-occupied units with stated standards and requirements.
5)
Grounds
maintenance
including
litter
pickup;
mowing,
trimming,
watering,
fertilizing
and snow removal from project walkways.
6)
Cleaning/repair
of
apartments
as
vacancies
occur
to
as
ready
condition.
7)
Door
repair
and/or
replacement.
8)
Changing
door
locks
when
necessary.
9)
Repairs/replacements
of
plumbing
fixtures.
