Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various buses (school buses, shuttle buses, commercial vehicles) Conduct routine inspections to identify and address mechanical and electrical issues Perform predelivery inspections on new and used vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards and customer specifications Troubleshoot problems with engines, transmissions, suspensions, and brake systems Perform preventive maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Install and repair fleet vehicle components (HVAC systems, wheelchair lifts, lighting, Cameras) Maintain detailed repair records, service documentation, and parts Follow safety guidelines and comply with industry regulations Collaborate with team members and service advisors to ensure excellent customer service
