Electrical Test Operators are responsible for electrically testing,
troubleshooting, and reworking printed circuit boards for continuity,
impedance, and shorts. Depending on assigned job level and skill
capability, the Electrical Test Operator by applying one or more test skills
will be able to process panels on automated testing machines in accordance
with designated written work instructions for the Electrical Testing
procedure. Serialize boards and coupons to maintain board to panel
traceability. Perform impedance testing and Hi-pot testing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serialize circuit boards with serial numbers that have been assigned by the
methods department.
Load product on to the flying probe testers for continuity and isolation
testing.
Test TDR coupons with the controlled impedance machine.
Maintain the test equipment and clean environment.
Troubleshoot the electrical circuit quality of boards.
Performs precision manual operations including solder mask touch up,
removing solder bridges, and copper shorts.
Operates machines requiring moderately complex set-ups, constant monitoring,

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to produce quality work under pressure
Able to read, interpret, and follow the basic IPC and Customer
Specifications for both product requirements and test methods.
Basic computer skills.
Able to read and interpret travelers and written work instructions in English.
Ability to understand and follow posted procedures.
Understand and follow all safety codes.
Education and Experience:
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Required Experience:
No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge
and skills.
Preferred Experience:
Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred. General
manufacturing experience helpful.

array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions
including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training;
certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed
range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic
differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or
near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are
dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of
the current range is:$35,840 - $56,650
Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply
based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be
eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
