Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift team
Our facilities utilize advanced manufacturing processes to produce complex metal assemblies, contributing to the future of mobility safety and environmental sustainability
Responsibilities
Install and maintain the mechanical systems of the plants
Repair machines or systems as needed
Lubricate equipment
Identify and repair mechanical problems, including replacement and repair of component parts such as hydraulic/pneumatic line leakage
Make temporary corrective repairs to minimize downtime or production delays
Generate a want/need list of materials or parts required
Repair, maintain, and install mechanical systems and equipment following blueprints, diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and repair
Essential Skills
6-8+ years of experience in stamping or roll forming machines
Hydraulics troubleshooting and hydraulic prints
Pneumatic cylinders
Mechanical troubleshooting (pumps, gears, motors)
Preventative maintenance scheduling and minimizing downtime
Experience in an industrial or automotive setting
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Shift
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Can work overtime on Saturday if you want to
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
