Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to support OCONUS construction projects. They will perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications, assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide on-the-job training and support as needed. The role involves liaising with other construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any issues, preparing and submitting daily reports detailing project progress and challenges, ensuring all electrical installations meet required standards, and overseeing the safe movement and installation of heavy equipment. Additional key responsibilities include,
Supervise and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with all specifications and safety standards.
Lead a team of 3-12 electricians and other construction personnel, providing guidance and support.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including pulling wire and installing electrical components.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, documenting project progress and any issues encountered.
Coordinate with other construction teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Handle the movement and installation of heavy equipment as required.
Experience with firm fixed priced contracts
Review and interpret project specifications and blueprints.
Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality, particularly in SCIF environments.
The superintendent will travel to various project sites as required, spending approximately 80% of the time on-site to oversee and manage projects.
Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Active Top Secret clearance.
Master Electrician certification.
Minimum of 5 years of OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) experience.
At least 12 years of construction experience.
Proven experience in managing electrical projects and teams. Union background.
Experience with SCIF construction and interior design projects.
Familiarity with firm fixed price project management. null
