A Temp Executive Administrative Assistant I is needed in Adecco!
Job Summary:
As An Executive Administrative Assistant , you will be completing various work assignments, preparing presentations with graphs and tables, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, maintaining a calendar, preparing expense reports, organizing video and phone conferences, arranging, and providing support for internal meetings, managing multiple priorities, and handling confidential information.
General Requirements:
5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant
A high degree of professionalism
Ability to deal with all levels of internal and external senior management in a professional manner
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Business Casual Work Appropriate Wear
-3 Days on site, two days' work from home
Position requires a bachelor's degree
Preferred requirements:
Fluency in French or other foreign language
