Description The Customer Service Assistant will perform administrative assistant duties related to the operation of customer service; including, but not limited to scanning, data entry, indexing and processing sales representative changes. This position will work 30-hours per week, with the ability to work 40-hours per week to cover during periodic needs throughout the year. Responsibilities: Accurately scans invoiced order packets and paperwork for accounting. Indexing information into the OnBase system. Accurately performs data entry for internal stock orders and supplier scorecards. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
