Sales Resource Coordinator - USA
Summary
Trimble is seeking an energetic, reliable, and adaptable individual to
join our team as a Sales Resource Coordinator (SRC). In this role, you
will support our Sales Engineering (SE) team, Sales Representatives,
Sales and marketing leaders, and their teams. As the primary scheduler and
dispatcher for all customer-facing meeting requests involving a sales
engineer, you will provide essential support to hundreds of sales reps and
numerous sales engineers.
Attention to detail is crucial, as you will manage time-sensitive and
strategic tasks for the organization. We are looking for someone with a
passion for learning who enjoys tackling various projects and excels at
organizing complexities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process and evaluate sales engineering resource requests, ensuring each
request is assigned to the most suitable sales engineer based on the @type of
request (Remote or On-Site) and the specific product within (Trimble
Construction One).
This task includes coordinating available times for the entire sales team
involved in the meeting or event.
Effectively communicate with leaders, employees, and partners within
Trimble Sales & Marketing.
Maintain complex calendars, coordinating with both internal and external
executives and assistants as needed.
Become familiar with the skill levels of sales engineers (SE) within
various product lines and workflows.
Utilize this knowledge to promptly triage requests.
Be prepared to handle a wide range of requests efficiently.
Ensure that leaders are prepared for meetings and events by assisting with
necessary materials and agendas.
Assist with the editing, updating, and versioning of various business
documents, including presentations, reports, white papers,
spreadsheets, roadmaps, and other assigned materials.
Identify new and efficient ways to create processes that maximize your
leaders' time, including weekly reporting, goal setting, and team meetings.
Collaborate with the COO Sales Resource Coordinator to ensure alignment with
departmental and company strategic initiatives.
Partner with other administrative personnel to plan and execute team
meetings, as well as off-site and cross-department activities.
Demonstrate composure and flexibility necessary to manage a variety of
individuals and initiatives.
Represent Trimble CMS Sales & Marketing teams positively and professionally.

Qualifications
Over 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Skilled in handling highly sensitive and confidential information and
projects.
Proficient in using various technologies, with advanced skills in Google
Workspace and Google Calendar being essential.
