Medical, dental, vision and MORE Meeting Street is currently looking for
a full-time (bilingual English/Spanish preferred) Administrative
Assistant/Reimbursement Specialist for 40 hours per week. . Duties:
Reviews referral information, forms, and other billing information
received to ensure accuracy and completeness. Confirms client/student
benefits have been verified prior to entering bills and monitors ongoing
eligibility verification. Maintains EI Client Billing Database.
Scheduling initial intake and assessment with EI clients
Verifies/retrieves benefit coverage and authorizations. Reviews and
corrects EI data via MH EICS System. Enters EI charges and enters
minimal EI information from charges to EMR system. Addresses telephone
inquiries and referrals from clients and insurance companies.
Requirements: Minimum of two years experience in third party
billing/collections required. Prior experience in a health care
environment. Knowledge of electronic claims processing. Bilingual
(English/Spanish) preferred. High school diploma or GED. CPR training,
