Description
HR Administrative Assistant role via Robert Half available! This is a contract position located in San Francisco's Tenderloin district.
The HR Coordinator would play a crucial role in handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries along with traversing the Tenderloin District to distribute mail to different buildings and general office administration. Responsibilities:
Keeping a record of customers information accurately
Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions
Conducting auditing and background checks as per the company protocols
Managing benefit functions and maintaining records
Utilizing strong computer skills for daily operations
Conducting tasks such as mail runs and maintaining strong customer service skills.
