Description: Maintenance worker for an addiction treatment and
residential re-entry provider. Duties include oversight of Mirror
properties, vehicle up-keep, conformance to life and fire safety codes,
completing or scheduling of facility repairs and purchasing of facility
mechanical equipment and supplies.\

Skills: 1. High school diploma or General Educational
Development certificate. 2. Vocational/Technical courses and/or work
related experience in building maintenance, building systems,
climate/environmental control systems, plumbing, and/or light electrical
is required. 3. Experience in facility maintenance and vehicle
maintenance is required. 4. Computer literacy would be a plus. 5. Good
reading, writing and communication skills would be a plus. 7.Capable of

Duties: 1. Maintain client/offender and program confidentiality
as required by federal law. 2. Under the supervision of the Maintenance
Supervisor ensure the safety of the residents/clients and staff by
ensuring all Mirror properties are free from potential hazards and meet
all fire and life safety codes. 3. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor
with the maintenance or scheduling of maintenance for all (Newton site
only) agency vehicles. Keep them safe and ready for staff, client and
dependent children\'s transportation. 4. Under the supervision of the
Maintenance Supervisor maintain facilities and equipment in a workable
and safe condition. Make minor repairs as necessary 5. Assist the
maintenance supervisor with the inventory of facility supplies and the
monitoring of facility report forms. 6. Under the direction of the
Maintenance Supervisor keep all buildings inspected and problem solve
for compliance issues relate to fire and life safety codes. 7. Assist
