As an Administrative Assistant at Arete, your primary responsibilities
include:
Travel and Expense Management: Coordinate travel arrangements and process
expense reports using Concur. Familiar with online booking tools.
HR Support: Assist with pre-employment screening and schedule interviews.
Front Desk & Office Support: Collaborate with facilities teams to escort
visitors, restock supplies, and provide general assistance as needed.
Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock
levels meet business needs.
Event Coordination: Support morale events, including planning,
logistics, and execution on budget.
Invoice & Financial Processing: Manage FedEx invoices, reconcile credit
card statements, and oversee petty cash transactions.
Meeting & Catering Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and
external meetings, including ordering and setting up lunches.
SharePoint Maintenance: maintain and update the Niwot SharePoint page for
accurate and organized information sharing.
General Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks and general
administrative support to various teams as needed.
This is position is located at our Niwot, CO office and is a non-exempt,
non-supervisory, full-time position. Standard working hours are Monday
through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

High School diploma or GED.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SharePoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced record-keeping, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures, but also able to
suggest improvements.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
Minimum of 1 year working as an Administrative Assistant, Office
Administrator, or similar role.
Familiarity with Concur Solutions software.
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000; however,
Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment,
including but not limited to: the position and associated
responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training,
and key sk

U.S. citizenship is required to meet position eligibility.
Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and
