Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in San Jose, California. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will involve managing inbound calls, providing customer service, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your skills in email correspondence and scheduling appointments will be put to good use.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly
Accurately process data entries, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date
Handle email correspondence effectively, ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform tasks and maintain records
Schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and all meetings are organized efficiently. Requirements - Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and with a detail-oriented approach.
Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups.
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor at all times.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and the creation of pivot tables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email communications.
Proficient in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, with an understanding of design principles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word for drafting and editing documents.
