Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Telecom Services team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role is central to our operations and involves a variety of tasks including processing documents, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Navigate and manage Microsoft Word and Excel exceptionally well, including creating spreadsheets, formatting cells, and formula creation
Accurately process, archive, and catalog scanned documentation, ensuring legibility and correctness
Administer tests and follow specific directions accurately
Handle customer inquiries and provide superior customer service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Perform data entry tasks and manage email correspondence efficiently
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally
Schedule appointments as per organizational requirements
Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook effectively in daily tasks
Spend a significant portion of the day on your feet, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks. Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls, able to handle customer queries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
Demonstrative customer service skills, capable of providing exceptional service to all clients.
Competence in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with email correspondence, able to draft, send, and manage emails effectively.
Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive and detail oriented demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and updating spreadsheets, and performing basic data analysis.
Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, able to manage emails, appointments, contacts, and tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating, editing, and presenting slide shows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, able to create, edit, and format documents.
Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
