Well established calibration, testing and inspection service organization in Fort Wayne, IN area is seeking a Administrative Assistant for a full-time position.?

Role and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of basic office machinery required

Maintain reports, files, archive folders, records

Maintain and draft reports as needed

Maintain computer software databases

Assist and maintain cost workups and billing needs

Communicate with client as needed

Coordinate work documentation with other offices/facilities

Must be a quick learner and become familiar with company internal systems and processes

Must have experience in A/P and A/R

General filing as needed

Other duties as assigned
