Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: San Francisco (Fidi); 5 days in office

Salary: $140-200k + Bonus

Robert Half is partnering with an outstanding private credit asset manager with $700m AUM. As the company expands, they're on the lookout for a driven Finance Manager to help scale their platform to new heights!

Responsibilities:

Manage fund accounting, including NAV calculations and capital accounts.

Work with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.

Prepare financial reports and investor materials.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Streamline operational workflows across the firm.

Collaborate with leadership on key projects and initiatives.

Ensure timely tax reporting and compliance with external advisors.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in the investment management space

Understanding of private credit and/or private equity

Experience with a fund accounting software

Big 4 experience in audit or tax is a plus

Must be hardworking and very collaborative!
