A growing manufacturing company in Benicia, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Apply payments and process customer receipts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Maintain accurate records of accounts and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate customer account management
Requirements
2+ years of accounts receivable experience
Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
