JOB REQUIREMENTS: NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time BIM Technician in
Waukesha, Wisconsin. Job Summary Assists with producing drawings for
electrical power and lighting Modifies blueprints according to requested
specifications Creates master drawings showing relationships of proposed
installation in facilities Works with internal mangers/staff and
external customers to provide CAD/BIM support 3D Modeling utilizing
Autodesk software Performs 2D/3D duties as required and assigned
utilizing Autodesk software Qualifications Minimum of a two-year degree
in architectural drafting or CAD technology or has equivalent
combination of education, technical training and work experience AutoCad
and/or Revit coursework or on-the-job experience Must be proficient in
the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) Knowledge of
the National Electric Code (NEC) preferred Prior construction experience
preferred Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
Customer focused and detail Orientated Ability to communicate
effectively using a variety of mediums Time Management-Ability to
