Our client, a global industrial company is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be riving daily field sales operations efficiency and accuracy by providing administrative and tactical support to field sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent management skills and ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sales Support Associate

Pay Range: $25.71 /h
What's the Job?
Provide administrative and tactical assistance to the field sales team, including quote creation, order processing, and workflow coordination.
Act as a liaison with the sales team, proactively resolving and escalating issues while ensuring timely communication.
Support legal workflows, audits, and compliance activities to mitigate revenue risks and maintain regulatory standards.
Drive standardization and efficiency by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and distribute reports, maintain documentation, and facilitate information exchange across teams to enhance performance.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent - 2 year degree preferred
2 years of experience in customer service or field support.
Previous experience as administrative assistant
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
