Our client, a Property Management company specializing in Federal Housing, is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, handling various tasks related to property management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant - Property Management
Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Schedule: M-Fri 9am-5pm

What's the Job?
Handle rental applications and assist with the Section 8 Housing process.
Collect payments from tenants and post payments to accounts.
Conduct collection calls and manage tenant inquiries effectively.
Answer phones and respond to emails regarding rental properties.
Assist with walk-in tenants and provide excellent customer service.
What's Needed?
Must have strong experience processing Section 8 Housing and working in HUD
Experience in property management or a related field.
Must have accounting skills-collect rental payments, post rental payments accordingly
Fluency in Spanish is a must.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort dealing with the public.
