Nemko is an international electro-technical compliance company specializing in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) services concerning products, machinery, installations, and systems worldwide. Nemko is looking to fill a Regional Key Customer Account Manager role (RKCM). This Team leader role is essential for sustaining and expanding the KCM program across various local units and KCM teams within the Nemko Group. The role ensures:
- Proactive KCM team collaboration & leadership according to the "ABC of KCM in Nemko".
- Consistent and dedicated KC management ensuring significant sales growth at both regional and global levels.
- Regular progress reviews according to the "Annual Global KCM governance wheel".
- Establishment of Global Frame Agreements.
Main responsibilities:
- KCM Team leadership: Actively lead 3-4 KCM Teams, their main activities and regular progress reviews to drive KCM Team collaboration & leadership.
- Strategic growth: Drive the establishment of KC Growth strategies, incl. annual sales targets and KC child account & stakeholder network expansion plans.
- Customer relationships: Reinforce KC relationships, ensuring customer needs are met and potential up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are identified and pursued.
- CRM-tools application: Become an expert in the use of relevant tools, including Salesforce and DemandFarm; as well as drive training and consistent application of Salesforce and DemandFarm in the sales activity planning, management & follow-up processes.
Project oversight:
- Oversee the status of all Closed-Won Opportunities for all KC account projects across local units.
- Collaborate with local Nemko project managers to gather project status updates.
- Ensure that projects stay on track and that delivery deadlines are met by Nemko project managers at local units.
Service delivery: Support scaling and improving service delivery at regional and global levels for KCM accounts through a single point of contact.
Main deliverables:
- Consistent annual sales growth
- KC network expansion
- KC growth strategy realization
*As this position will be reporting to the VP of Key Customer Management in Oslo, Norway we prefer the candidate is located on the east coast of the USA or eastern Canada, however, it will not be an issue if candidate is willing to work accommodating the different time zones.
*Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry experience is a HUGE plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (PMP or related project management cert a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in key customer management, strategic sales, or business development.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving collaboration across global units.
Technical & Business Skills:
- Expertise in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce and DemandFarm, with experience in training and implementation.
- Strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and oversight of Closed-Won Opportunities.
- Ability to develop and execute KC growth strategies, including sales targets and stakeholder network expansion.
Strategic & Relationship Management:
- Experience in establishing Global Frame Agreements and managing large-scale customer accounts.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ability to scale and improve service delivery at regional and global levels.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different time zones.
- Analytical mindset, capable of conducting regular progress reviews and aligning with governance frameworks.
- Flexibility to work across time zones, preferably based on the East Coast of the USA or Eastern Canada.
