This individual will communicate, manage resources, and track progress across various society programs. They will support the gathering, analyzing, and reporting of membership, subscription, and engagement data, as well as ensure the timely and accurate execution of business requirements related to program renewals, pricing updates, and resource updates. This position requires creative solution identification skills, as we perform an advisory role by redirecting Society/Council volunteers/staff to offering options which better suit their strategic and operational needs or presenting them with additional considerations. The role reports to the Director of Society Programs and Audience Engagement, and functions as an individual contributor. Key ResponsibilitiesRenewal Support for TAB and its S/Cs: 55% o Drive the renewal offering update activity by acting as a primary point of contact for assigned Societies/Councils/Co-sponsored publications, ensuring timely and effective collection and communication throughout the annual renewal process. Based on learned experiences and investigation, offer best practices and data for decision-making as the S/Cs consider potential additions or changes to offerings. Guide volunteers/staff away from approaches which may not suit their intended goals. o Track and monitor responses from S/C volunteers and staff to ensure alignment with renewal schedules. ? Collaborate with senior leadership, S/C volunteers/staff, and cross-OU departments to ensure business requirements are gathered, communicated, analyzed, and implemented effectively. ? Participate in AMSUP meetings bi-weekly to confirm and update business requirements. o Renewal and catalog testing for accuracy and expected behaviors as required Data Management & Communication: 30% o Communicate effectively with S/C volunteers/staff and cross-OU departments to maintain updated contact information, product, and pricing updates for membership/subscription products o Resource creation and communication, such as: ? Creating and maintaining effective resources for organizing and tracking progress on renewal requirements, ensuring visibility for all involved stakeholders. ? Tracking and updating the status of business requirements and communicating progress effectively across teams. Reporting & Analysis: 10% o Utilize Tableau, Excel, and Smart Sheets to generate reports related to membership, subscription, and engagement data in support of ongoing business monitoring, customer analysis, decision-making and strategy formation efforts. o Prepare and present monthly reports, such as: ? Member/non-member reports ? TC Participant Reports ? Quarterly TC Reports o Collect feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into future reporting cycles. MOU Management for Co-sponsored publications: 5 % o Prompt for S/C co-sponsored publication MOU currency, completeness, and adherence to basic operational practices. o Update and maintain current MOU resources to reflect the latest agreements and changes. Additional projects and tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis Qualifications EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience required Req Work Experience4-7 years related work experience in a program operations role Req Prior work experience exhibiting strong communication and customer service skills Req Skills and Requirements Must have excellent writing, editing, grammar and communication skills Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and an independent worker who is able to juggle several different projects at one time Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level). Smartsheets (basic level) and Adobe Illustrator (basic level) experience is a plus.
