Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified Secret Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in support of one of our large federal clients in Albuquerque, NM. Their day-to-day will include but is not limited to:
Assisting in engineering, designing, and installing electrical power systems.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining generators, motors, UPS, control panels, HVAC, and various electrical components.
Training staff in system repairs, operations, and troubleshooting.
Using electrical test equipment to diagnose and correct malfunctions.
Working with industrial, military, and commercial electrical wiring and mechanical systems.
Reading, redlining, and designing electrical circuits.
Designing and implementing RF telecommunication systems.
Collaborating in a team environment and working closely with the engineering staff
Writing detailed installation and maintenance manuals.
Coordinating procurement of electrical components from vendors.
Compensation:
$55.30/hr. to $62.50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university
5+ years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering
Working experience with single and 3 phase power circuits
Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) and Microwave principles
Active DoD Security Clearance Military communications experience in a tactical environment
Familiarity with the NFPA-70 National Electric Code mobile environment
Professional experience in commercial/industrial engineering null
