?We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to design and develop circuit card assemblies (CCAs).
Your main tasks will include selecting components, capturing schematics, and supporting PCB layout.
You will also create and execute test plans, perform simulations, and validate hardware designs to ensure they are reliable and high-performing.
Collaboration with mechanical engineers, IP developers, and other stakeholders is crucial to integrate CCAs into larger systems.
You will troubleshoot and debug hardware issues, improve designs for performance and cost-effectiveness, and maintain thorough documentation.
Additionally, you will develop plans and schedules for product development, guide junior engineers, and research new methods and technologies to enhance product quality and performance.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
Hardware Design and Development Experience: 2-8 years of hands-on experience with complex projects, including FPGAs and Microcontrollers.
Proficiency in Schematic Capture and PCB Layout Tools: Expertise in tools like Cadence Orcad and Cadence Allegro.
Knowledge of High-Speed Digital Designs: Familiarity with PCI, PCIe, USB, and Ethernet, along with a strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, signal integrity, power, and thermal management.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Experience with firmware, FPGA, VHDL.
Full life cycle design experience.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
