Our client a global industrial company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be supporting field engineers across the US. The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Tools Coordinator Assistant
Location: FL or GA
Pay Range: $28.85 per hour
What's the Job?
Collect loaner and PUSH tools from Field Engineers when they're done using them.
Make sure overdue tools are sent back for calibration on time.
Work with team members to keep track of all tools.
Keep clear records of which tools have been returned or are still out.
Use Microsoft Excel/Office to organize and improve the process.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent - 2 year degree preferred
Previous experience as administrative assistant
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
