As an I&C Planning Specialist, you will support the WPB Fulfillment team in our New Stanton, PA location. The New Stanton site works on projects to bolster plant safety and reliability by providing the instrumentation and control, mechanical, and electro-mechanical products and services that our customers require. You will focus on planning of WPB Instrumentation & Control Products activities to meet internal and external customer demands.
You will report to the Manager of I&C and Electrical Products and be located at the New Stanton facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Order entry including a review of customer contract requirements and engineering approval.
Determine appropriate priority for work requests and feedback to requesters
Track order progress and maintaining order updates/forecasts in SAP
Provide estimated work hours and lead time on contract proposals through collaboration with Assistant Area Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, and technicians.
Work with Engineering and Supply Chain to requisition materials, products and subcontracted services
Prioritize incoming and in-process inspections with Quality Control
Work with Inventory Planning to improve component stocking levels and lot sizes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or related field
0-3 years planning experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
SAP knowledge, especially production, requisitioning, and material master data management
Experience with contract review and interpretation
Experience with Electrical Component manufacturing Drawings and Wiring Schematics
