A Customer Sales & Service Associate will identify the needs of residential customers and provide solutions and support for our customers diverse needs. This position will convert leads to sales opportunities while creating customer awareness of the benefits and all the products and services we have to offer. Key responsibilities of the role include: Provide call center services, receive inbound calls, and conduct outbound calling campaigns Provide customer care for walk-in traffic and retail sales Proactive sales to our residential customers Administrative duties following the sales of products and/or services Wage: The wage range for this position is $18.27 - $26.92 per hour with a Variable Compensation Plan, based on education, certifications, and experience.
