Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description
The Field Service Technician role involves extensive travel, often on short notice, both domestically and potentially internationally. Candidates should have basic to moderate computer literacy, strong technical skills, and the ability to problem-solve mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with developed interpersonal and negotiation abilities, are essential. Preferred qualifications include post-secondary technical education with an engineering emphasis and experience in customer service or field service roles, with knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Responsibilities
Provide real-time technical support to customers.
Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Coordinate parts shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

The Field Service Technician will work in a variety of environments due to the extensive travel required. Predominantly, these environments include manufacturing locations and brewery locations. Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, the company employs over 100 dedicated professionals on a 140,000-square-foot campus. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
