JOB REQUIREMENTS: Seeking individuals for Electrical Field Service
Technicians to work for one of the leading full-service providers of
advanced metal stamping, production, and automation systems in the
manufacturing industry. We are seeking self-motivated and highly
organized Service Techs with excellent communication skills to add to
our Service Team. Our prestigious customer base requires a widely
diverse and extremely mobile service team to keep their systems running
at peak efficiency. The primary job is to service, troubleshoot,
maintain, and install metal stamping and forming equipment in our
customers\' facilities throughout the world. We are looking for
applicants with a high degree of personal accountability and team
players with a can-do positive attitude. The ability to think outside of
the box and develop solutions to repair the equipment to our standards
is a plus. We are a fast-growing company with immense potential for
advancement and extended training to enhance your current skills.
Typical Week-to-Week Responsibilities: Travel Monday through Friday
(with occasional weekend work) 34 extended (2-week) trips annually most
weekends spent at home Travel in 2-person crews, departing from the main
office Workdays range from 812 hours depending on job scope (4050
hrs/week average) Hotel rooms (private) provided by the company
Technicians Are Provided With: Laptop for paperwork (work orders,
timesheets, etc.) All uniforms and boots Company-issued cell phone
(policy subject to change) PPE: fall arrest, harnesses, vests, glasses,
arc flash gear, LOTO kits, etc. Fully stocked 20-ft gooseneck trailer
with: Hand and power tools Electrical conduit (\", \", 1\") Mounting
hardware and electrical fittings -ton pickup truck for hauling trailer
(Employee must be able to drive this combination in-house training
available) ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school
diploma or equivalent (Technical degrees/certifications in industrial
maintenance or as a journeyman electrician are a plus) Location: Based
in or willing to relocate to Central Wisconsin (within 100 miles)
Industrial electrical systems, manufacturing maintenance, or automation
PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Relay logic, NEC code
knowledge, conduit bending (\" to 2\") Reading/interpreting schematics
(electrical, pneumatic, mechanical) Familiarity with electronics and
electricity principles Computer literate: Microsoft Office 365
Forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts Power tools, conduit benders, drill
& tap operations Lift/move 50+ lbs. Valid driver\'s license and clean
record Able to obtain a DOT Medical Card (paid for by the company)
Highly Safety minded Certifications (Required or Must Be Willing to
Obtain) OSHA 10 (minimum) Forklift Operator Certification Scissor Lift
Operator Certification Rigging experience (preferred) Road Commitment:
