Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Assist in all phases of electrical design and drafting pertaining to building design. This position will be a growth opportunity where the candidate will learn drafting and design skills to produce conceptual drafts, detailed designs, and conduct code research to ensure compliance with building requirements.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering partners to assist in the production of Revit drawings and revisions.
Redline documents.
Create electrical schematics of various power distributions for buildings such as fire alarm design, lighting, and building electrical schematics.
Utilize Revit and other various CAD software.
Work with all departments to ensure the electrical systems coordinate with structural and architectural drawings of the buildings.
Essential Skills
1+ year(s) of experience in Electrical design.
0-5 years of experience with Revit software; consideration given to experience with AutoCAD or other software.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with researching electrical codes.
LEED experience.
Drafting for industrial or manufacturing facilities pertaining to electrical schematics.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
