Responsibilities:

Maintains Divisional financial records, including expense budgets, capital budgets, expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets. Assigns, responds and closes work orders once completed or as needed
Maintains Divisional employee records
Manages and facilitates Divisional correspondence and communication with other Divisions, outside agencies, vendors, and
Manages inter-departmental communication within the Division by scheduling meetings and managing schedules and calendars as
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Company Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles and fundamental bookkeeping procedures.
Demonstrable ability to work with common accounting and office tools and software.
Specific knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Exchange.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
License or Certification:
Experience : Less than 1 year of experience.
Equivalency : Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the above requirements
