Responsibilities Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties to include writing SOPs for MWR Accommodations. Initiates administrative actions such as payroll reports, timekeeping and requests for personnel action. Provides direct support to managers with regard to internal controls, inventory management, and cash management. Prepares rental leases and ensure they are up to date. Collects deposits and monthly rent from tenants. Ensures accurate daily bank deposits and paperwork submissions. Performs daily bank deposits in accordance with procedures. Performs other duties related to office automation requiring a skill in general office machines, software, and the internet. Performs other duties as assigned.
