Our client, a mission-led digital pharmacy startup that’s transforming access to fertility medications, is looking for an empathetic and driven Inside Sales Representative to support prospective patients in navigating the next steps after requesting a price quote. This is a 3 mos position to start, could convert or extend.
This is a high-impact, patient-facing role focused on converting inbound leads with compassion and clarity. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of inside sales experience or be a licensed Pharmacy Technician looking to transition into a new, patient-first career path outside of traditional pharmacy settings.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound leads from the client’s fertility medication quote tool
- Call prospective patients promptly to answer questions and guide them through available options
- Provide clear, empathetic information around pricing, insurance, and logistics
- Understand patient concerns and help them make informed decisions
- Document interactions and insights in the CRM system
- Collaborate with pharmacy operations and support teams to ensure a seamless experience
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in an inside sales, patient support, or customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to build trust quickly over the phone
- Strong sense of empathy, especially for patients navigating fertility treatments
- Comfortable using CRMs or sales enablement tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Active Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.
- Background in fertility, specialty pharmacy, telehealth, or digital health preferred.
