Scope of Position: The Financial Analyst at The Bridge is responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to support various departments and projects. Key duties include maintaining client debit card processes, uploading bi-weekly payroll data, calculating fringe benefits and indirect costs, and managing budgets for multiple entities using financial software and Excel. The role also involves analyzing client accounts receivable, providing analytical support to the contracts team, assisting with audit requests, and offering ad hoc financial assistance to other teams as needed. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Essential Position Functions:

Maintain the TrueLink debit card process for clients.

Upload the bi-weekly payroll from Paylocity to Tangicloud.

Calculate and enter fringe benefits and indirect costs on a monthly basis.

Upload and maintain the budgets (for The Bridge, Weston, and affiliate entities) in Tangicloud. Including, preparing the budget spreads prior to upload. Assist in budget preparation and manage budgets using financial software and Excel.

Analyze and review client AR from both a Tangicloud and RealPage perspective to ensure accuracy.

To provide analytical support to the contracts team to facilitate billings and additional required documentation.

Provide support for both external and program audit requests.

Provide ad hoc analytical support and other assistance to the other Finance teams as needed.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) with 2-3 years of experience (working with non-profits and government agencies preferred).

Advanced Excel skills with an aptitude to embrace new technology, systems, and workflows.

Knowledge of fund accounting systems preferred.

Must be able to analyze large amounts of data from numerous sources and have a strong desire to prepare in-depth analyses and report the results in a meaningful and concise manner.
