What's the Job?
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Answering the telephone switchboard and providing excellent customer service
Job costing and assisting with accounting tasks, including invoicing and shipping
Filing and organizing documents efficiently
Additional responsibilities and tasks as needed
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of office experience in a business or industrial setting
Proficiency in QuickBooks 2014 and newer for at least 1 year
Familiarity with computer programs such as Word, Access, and Excel
Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone
Dependability and punctuality in the workplace
