We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our local client's team in Ontario, CA (onsite) for a temporary, two-month assignment . You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and facilitating effective communication within our local corporate and IPA network during this period. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus. $23/hour, Monday through Friday.
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $23.00/hour
Work hours: Onsite 5 days per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
Type: Temporary assignment for two months only.
Location: Ontario, CA (91764).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with excellent telephone etiquette.
Provide overall administrative support to local corporate and IPA network, including Network Directors and Medical Directors.
Schedule and coordinate daily appointments, multi-calendar events, and network meetings, including venue coordination, presentations, and document preparation.
Maintain organized filing systems and order office supplies as needed.
Assist with password reset requests and other internal support functions.
Support special projects and provide general administrative support for key functions.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience answering high volume calls and scheduling meetings and events across multiple calendars.
2+ years of experience in managed care or medical insurance.
1+ years of experience in a customer service or provider support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
