Starting pay rate will be $33.36/hr. (non-negotiable)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Ability to perform clerical work independently under minimum supervision to exercise sound judgement and discretion to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Perform department audits of drawings and procedures.
Control departmental/Company bulletin boards
Distribute and process departmental mail, incoming and outgoing
Order office and department supplies.
Perform filing including, but not limited to, department correspondence, procedures, aperture cards and drawings.
Must be willing to work additional and/or irregular hours.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED.
Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
Be proficient in use of PC, including but not limited to, Windows, Microsoft Suite, Access, Concur, eTIME, AS9, Peoplesoft, Illuminate, NewCAP, EDMS, SailPoint, and LMS
Demonstrates administrative, organizing and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct research, identify data requirements and create tools.
Must progress to Departmental Assistant II within one (l) year.
