Our Client, a Materials Engineering company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Advanced for their Santa Clara, CA location. Requirements:
Minimum of 10+ years' experience in a corporate administrative role supporting and/or reporting to executives.
A good sense of humor and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and timely follow-through.
High personal standards of excellence and sound judgment.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact in a diverse and inclusive environment with all levels of internal and external contacts, with diplomacy and professionalism.
Clear and concise communication style.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Desire to build relationships with fellow team members, a strong willingness to help and support others and desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
High proficiency and confidence in using Microsoft applications including TEAMS, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
PowerPoint and Excel skills very important, experience with co-pilot (and/or a willingness to learn), and a good eye for design.
Curiosity and passion to learn, adopt, and push new productivity tools and office technologies.
Ability to quickly learn and role model organizational policies, practices, and operations, and convey them to others.
Project management experience/certification is a plus.
