Pay Range: $22.35 - $31.28
Provides administrative and logistical support to division executives and other senior leaders. Coordinates company meetings and employee events. Responsible for building management, including coordination with Facilities, Technology, Security, etc. Handles the coordination of internal and external agency communications. Responsible for supporting the Contract & Compliance Department with all customer complaints associated with business line products and services, logging and responding to them. Responsible for assembling materials for reports to senior management.
Education and Experience:
Associates Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an executive support role with an emphasis on confidentiality
Valid drivers License and reliable transportation are required.

Tasks Performed:
35% Supporting Senior Management: Provides a full range of administrative support to the agency president and other agency leaders.
25% Support to the Contract & Compliance Department by management of agency and employee insurance licenses through the administration of dedicated software platform and assisting in all New York State Department of Financial Services filings, such as cybersecurity regulation filings and satellite filings.
20% Office Management: Oversees the maintenance, security, and safety of all agency locations, while maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment. Retains accuracy of all floor plans. Ensures equipment is running properly, organizes office operations and procedures.
15% Report Management: Responsible for preparing agency documents, reporting and presentations for the senior leadership team.
5% Other duties as assigned.
