Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
- Support the team with vendor research, outreach, and coordination for event services.
- Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, equipment rentals, and catering arrangements.
- Participate in the preparation of event materials and signage to ensure branding consistency.
- Assist with on-site event execution, including registration, setup, and breakdown as needed.
- Maintain and organize event files and documentation for easy access and reference.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in event planning and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
