Position Summary
The
Community Engagement Manager plays a critical role in building meaningful relationships in the neighborhoods around our car wash locations, with a focus on schools and educational partners. You’ll also be a key contributor in the success of our new store launches, helping to create local buzz and support as we open new locations.
This role requires someone who thrives on creating connections, takes initiative, and can balance relationship-building with the organization and follow-through needed to drive measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Develop and nurture relationships with local schools, educators, PTAs, and nonprofit organizations.
- Coordinate and participate in local events, fundraisers, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Represent Bubble Down as a positive and professional ambassador in the community.
- New Location Go-to-Market Execution
- Assist with planning and executing grassroots marketing and promotional efforts for new site openings.
- Help manage event activations, street team engagement, and brand awareness forts during launch periods.
- Communication & Scheduling
- Actively reach out to schools and community groups—calling, emailing, and visiting to set up meetings and build momentum.
- Schedule and maintain appointments with community stakeholders and keep a consistent outreach calendar.
- CRM and Reporting
- Record outreach activities in ZoHo CRM system to ensure transparency and track results.
- Provide updates on partnership opportunities, outreach effectiveness, and new site campaign outcomes.

- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting people, making calls, and creating partnerships.
- Excellent communicator—clear, confident, and positive in both writing and speaking.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working some nights and weekends for community events.
- The ability to achieve goals and KPIs (key performance indicators).
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
- Professional appearance and demeanor—you are the face of Bubble Down.
- A working mobile phone for communication and coordination.
- Punctuality—on time means early.
- Willingness to lead after-hours/weekend activations.
- Willing to work across multiple site locations as needed.
