Business Intelligence Analyst (Contract)

Summary
Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, implementing, modifying, and providing daily functional support for all applications. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across various business functions to align technology solutions with strategic objectives, gather requirements from business units, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and support complex business processes. As a liaison between the business community and IT organization, you will deliver technical solutions to meet user needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate them for programmers and developers.
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses to support system implementation decisions.
- Utilize informed knowledge of business functions to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support one or more highly complex business processes.
- Work on multiple projects as a project team member.
- Serve as a bridge between the business community and IT organization for technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of overall experience in the field.
- Preferred degree in information management or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis tasks.
- Experience in data analysis with meticulous attention to detail.
- Project management experience with logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

- Pay Range: $41 - 46.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
