Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to support a critical initiative involving procurement, coordination, and communication for multiple sites. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, financial oversight, and the ability to manage timelines and vendor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile orders placed with location-based material estimates.
Oversee deployment of containers with local partners for specific material deliveries.
Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and installers (e.g., contractors such as flooring installers).
Provide assistance with tracking estimates, ensuring financials adhere to location-specific targets based on general contractor cost structures.
Record goods received at each site in collaboration with operations teams and field maintenance staff; communicate percentage received weekly during the construction cycle (~6 weeks per location).
Manage shared email inbox for incoming estimates, credit application requests, and payment processing.
Process credit applications, including providing references to third-party suppliers as needed.
Review incoming invoices, log deposits, and calculate tax implications across multiple accounts (4).
Redirect incorrectly coded invoices to the appropriate approver and complete reclassification requests for allocation reversals (post-payment).
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts for two remodel queues.
Requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Proficiency with invoice processing software such as Chrome River or similar tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet.
Experience with Salesforce (not required but advantageous).
